This session provides an introduction to some of the legislation that is in place to protect children’s rights and ensure that children are safe, healthy and happy. Included is information on the Getting It Right For Every Child approach and particular areas including the named person, lead professional and child’s plan. It also explores how parents can get involved and what parents can do to promote children’s rights
